Thingiepedia Library

You'll want to keep track on all of the various Thingies you've encountered over time. Entries in the Library serve as proof you've found an elusive and very rare Thingie, without having to carry it around in your Inventory.

The Library is also important for seeing how close you are to unlocking access to other Thingies. Some Thingies can't be found or picked-up unless you've found prerequisite Thingies first.
