Each Collectivus Yellow Rubber Duckie Thingie™, is uniquely named for the friends, family, pets, and pop culture interests of the creators of Collectivus. Their bright yellow color gets them noticed, helping them catch a ride to the next stop on their journey.

Randy arrived on my doorstep with several of his siblings. As his companions continued to hibernate in their boxes, Randy immediately made himself at home by eating most of my pizza. At the moment, he is perusing my library while I work. Randy's obvious passion for existentialist philosophy indicates a cerebral nature, but his insistence on calling out, "Where the party at?" every ten minutes gives me pause. I can't tell if he's just nervous and trying to impress or if he suffers from some kind of chemical dependency. I guess we'll answer that question when we go out tomorrow.
